Le Duras
This free standing holiday studio is built in beautiful white stone which is typical for the region. It has been recently converted into a quality holiday let, fitted out to a high standard. The open plan design consists of modern fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, dining and lounge area of 50m sq with beautiful views over the garden and surrounding vineyards. There is a fold–out sofa bed in the lounge suitable for an additional family member.
The bathroom has a separate toilet, double washbasin area and large open shower area. The mezzanine bedroom area above is constructed from beautiful pine beams, with a new and very comfortable large-size double bed, and with an east-facing window for the morning sunshine.
Le Duras has a completely private and south facing terrace, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying barbeques. In the heat of the summer Le Duras will remain nice and cool, due to its deep walls, insulated roof and double-glazing.

Our gîte ‘Le Duras’ is available weekly from Saturday to Saturday from 4 p.m. before arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

We do have to charge tourist tax, 1,10 p.p.p.d
The final cleaning is not included, you can do this yourself or leave it to us for 45 euros.
A washing machine is at your disposal in the main building for 5 euros per wash.
Household linen is provided with the exception of pool towels.
For the colder days there is an economical electric heating available. With a meter, the costs are passed on to the guests.
For a third person we charge 15 euros extra per day.
We love animals and have free range chickens and cats. Your dog is welcome in consultation, 35 euros per week
